Who can register? The 3N Challenge is open to anyone over the age of 18 in good health who is physically capable of participating in the Challenge. If you live outside the UK please contact us via email before applying. The registration information helps us to ensure everyone gets the right training in locations suitable for everyone so that they can complete the Challenge safely together. Maximum 24 people Due to logistics we can only take a limited number of people. Registrations are on a first come, first served basis. You can join individually or as a team of up to 6 people, up to a maximum of 24. Even numbers Because of the number of portages and large lake crossings it's not advised to paddle solo, so ideally we need an even number of people. As a result, If someone drops out this impacts someone else. However, depending on experience, a team can decide if they want to soldier on with an odd number of people. Training provided Experience in any of the key skills listed is an advantage but – because you will all receive training – not mandatory. There are only a few key skills we need you to learn, the rest we can take care of. What we need from you is 100% commitment. Has cancer affected your life? We are particularly interested in hearing from those of you who've been affected by cancer, be it directly or indirectly. If you haven't, no probs - join the fight. |
